Background Location Service

2.1 Information you provide for the use of technology
– Registration and Profile Information. When you log in to the application, your phone number and Device ID are saved in our system after giving permissions. If you allow another number to be tracked with a QR code or by adding its number, your charging status, instant location and voice/mute status are recorded in our system at regular intervals. If you want to track a child or family member’s number from your account, we collect the child’s or family member’s mobile phone number. We may collect billing information when you sign up for the premium service. We may collect additional information from a parent to obtain verifiable parental consent to allow a child to use the GeoTrack360 Service.
– Geolocation. To obtain your location in order to provide the GeoTrack360 Service, we collect your unique user identifier and your location via GPS, WiFi or wireless network triangulation. We collect the location of your designated Location Alerts to provide notification when you arrive and leave a specific Place. If you turn off location sharing, we won’t share your location with anyone who wants to track them; however, we will continue to collect your location information to provide the GeoTrack360 Service (for example, to provide the GeoTrack360 Services or to share your location with members you allow to see your location) while you have the app open in your account. . GeoTrack360 allows parents to keep track of their children’s location on mobile devices that the parent has added to their account. The service is intended to be used by children under 13 only with parental approval. If a parent wishes to add a User who is under 13 to the Family account, the parent must send GeoTrack360r Parental Consent via email. The child’s personal information will be shared with other members of the family account. GeoTrack360r may then use the child’s personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we do not use or share personal information collected from the accounts of children under 13 for marketing or advertising purposes, or permit our third party partners to collect and use such information for advertising purposes.
